Times China (HKG:1233) logged contracted sales of 1.01 billion yuan in December 2024 while its gross floor area reached 96,000 square meters, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
For the whole of 2024, sales reached 9.42 billion yuan while the GFA reached 792,000 square meters, the filing said.
