Pentamaster International (HKG:1665) appointed Quam Capital as an independent financial advisor to advise the independent board committee regarding the proposal and scheme to privatize the company, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Quam Capital is eligible to deal in securities, and advice on corporate finance, and it will also report on the financial results of the group from the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2024.
