Kingkey Financial (HKG:1468) shareholders will meet in Hong Kong on Jan. 22 to vote on the appointment of McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) as auditor, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

McMillan Woods' term will be effective until Kingkey's next annual general meeting.

The appointment comes after Elite Partners CPA resigned as auditor in August 2024.
