CM Hi-Tech Cleanroom's (HKG:2115) take-private offer from MayAir Technology (SHA:688376) unit MayAir HK Holdings took effect Monday, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

The offer took effect following the delivery of the Cayman Islands court order to the company registry of the territory, the filing said.

MayAir HK will acquire 957,473,450 shares of CM Hi-Tech Cleanroom at HK$0.25 apiece for HK$239.4 million.

CM Hi-Tech Cleanroom will be delisted from the Hong Kong Exchange effective Wednesday.
