SPC Global's (ASX:SPG) international business division, Nature One Dairy (Hong Kong), secured a 10-year exclusivity agreement with Asian retailer Dairy Farm (DFI), expected to generate AU$250 million in revenue, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Nature One Dairy will supply dairy products across DFI's Mannings retail network, which has over 320 outlets in Hong Kong and Macau, the filing said.

The food processing company's shares fell more than 3% in morning trade Monday.
