China Sunshine Paper (HKG:2002) has adopted a share award scheme valid for 10 years, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The company can award up to 1,065,144,359 shares, equivalent to 9% of its total issued shares, to eligible individuals under the incentive scheme.
