The Straits Trading Company (SGX:S20) launched its second series of three-month commercial papers on the SDAX digital securities platform, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The issuance, offered exclusively to accredited and institutional investors, carries an interest rate of 3.7% per annum and matures in approximately three months.
The company aims to raise between SG$5 million and SG$10 million, subject to investor demand.
