Omega Healthcare Investors (OHI) said Monday that it has appointed Matthew Gourmand, previously senior vice president, corporate strategy and investor relations, as president.
Vikas Gupta, previously senior vice president, acquisitions and development, has been named chief investment officer, the company said.
Omega also said that Chief Operating Officer Dan Booth has stepped down from his role and is expected to stay in a consulting position for a 12-month period.
