China Resources Building Materials Technology Holdings (HKG:1313) appointed its chief executive officer Jing Shiqing as its board chairman effective Monday.

The appointment followed the retirement of Ji Youhong from the chairman's post due to reaching retirement age, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The cement and concrete manufacturer also appointed Xie Ji as its CEO to fill the post left by Jing Shiqing.
