BWX Technologies (BWXT) said Monday it completed Jan. 3 the acquisition of L3Harris' (LHX) Aerojet Ordnance Tennessee business.

Financial details weren't provided.

Aerojet Ordnance Tennessee, an advanced specialty materials and high-strength alloys provider, including the sole supplier of depleted uranium to the US government, will now operate under BWX Technologies' government operations segment, the company said.
