Ubtech Robotics (HKG:9880) said its executive directors Xiong Youjun and Wang Lin, owning 8.29 million and 8.2 million shares respectively, have pledged not to sell their shares for 12 months, according to its filing Monday.
Zhao Guoqun, holding 2.45 million shares, has made a similar commitment.
The board believes this decision will not adversely affect the group's operations.
