Livium (ASX:LIT) said George Bauk resigned as the firm's non-executive chairman effective Jan. 3, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Bauk resigned to pursue a new executive role, the filing said.

The firm's nonexecutive director Phil Thick will serve as the acting Chair in the interim, according to the filing.

Livium shares fell 6% in recent trade.
