Digital Realty Trust (DLR) said Tuesday its Digital Dutch Finco unit priced an 850 million euro ($879 million) offering of 3.875% guaranteed notes due 2035 at 99.343% of par.
Interest will be paid annually at a rate of 3.875% beginning on Jan. 14, with the maturity date set for March 15, 2035.
The offering is expected to close on Jan. 14, subject to customary closing conditions, the data center hosting company said.
The company said it plans to use the proceeds for debt repayment, acquisitions, development, investments, and general corporate purposes.
Shares of Digital Realty Trust were up 1.7% in after-hours trading.
