Ramelius Resources (ASX:RMS) reported gold production of 85,311 ounces in the December 2024 quarter, up from 62,444 ounces in the September 2024 quarter, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
It also reported record underlying free cash flow of AU$174.5 million during the period, before a AU$68 million share purchase raising its stake in Spartan Resources (ASX:SPR) to 19.9%, as well as a dividend payment of AU$43.4 million.
Its cash and gold balance came in at AU$501.7 million in the quarter, rising from AU$ 438.6 million in the preceding period, the filing said.
Ramelius Resources' shares were up almost 3% in recent Monday trade, while Spartan Resources' shares gained about 1%.
