Venture Corp. (SGX:V03) bought back 11,000 shares in the open market on Tuesday for SG$142,956, or SG$12.98 apiece, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The technology company has been authorized to buy back 14,504,713 shares under its current mandate and has so far repurchased 1,137,200 shares.
