Shenzhen Investment's (HKG:0604) subsidiary Shum Yip Property Operations agreed to provide property services for Zhongshen Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park to Shenzhong (Guangdong) Gaoxin Industrial Development.
The term of the agreement is three years at a maximum of 31.1 million yuan per year, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The industrial park premises are located on the North side of Maolong Waterway, Cuiheng New District, Zhongshan City. The term of the agreement starts on Jan. 1, 2025, and ends on Dec. 31, 2027.
Under the agreement, Shum Yip Property Operations will provide services such as daily maintenance, inspection and management, operations, cleaning, and gate duty among others.
