Greentown China Holdings (HKG:3900) recorded about 21.7 billion yuan in December sales, with the average selling price standing at 31,504 yuan per square meter, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The company sold 4,332 units of self-investment projects with a sales area of approximately 690,000 square meters during the month.

For the full year, the Greentown Group logged total contracted sales and sales area of roughly 276.8 billion yuan and 14.1 million square meters, respectively.
