Ronshine China (HKG:3301) recorded contracted sales of around 770.7 million yuan in December, with a contracted gross floor area of 59,618 square meters, a Wednesday bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month stood at approximately 12,928 yuan per square meter.

For the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 7.7 billion yuan and 617,260 square meters, respectively.
