Thunderbird Resources (ASX:THB) appointed George Ventouras as executive chairman, effective Wednesday, succeeding George Bauk, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
Ventouras was formerly a joint founder and general manager of Apollo Consolidated, the filing said.
