A Mapletree Industrial Trust (SGX:ME8U) subsidiary entered into a new loan facility agreement which is guaranteed by DBS Trustee, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The loan facility is in connection with the acquisition of a freehold property located in Tokyo, Japan, which was completed on Oct. 29, 2024.
