Advanced Holdings Extends Completion Deadline for Sale of Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

Advanced Holdings (SGX:BLZ) entered into a third supplemental agreement with Advanced CAE to extend the completion of the disposal of Advanced CAE Saudi Arabia to June 30, 2025, from Dec. 31, 2024, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

The extension was due to "administrative reasons," the filing said.

In an earlier filing, the two companies had entered into a sale and purchase agreement to sell Advanced CAE Saudi Arabia for SG$1.
