China Everbright Water (HKG:1857, SGX:U9E) completed the issue of 1.5 billion yuan of bonds to institutional investors on Monday and Tuesday, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
The bonds carry a 1.78% interest rate and will fall due in five years.
The water treatment company will use proceeds from the issue to replenish its working capital.
