Swoop (ASX:SWP) signed a three-year agreement to provide wholesale internet services to Flip TV, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The deal will migrate Flip's broadband customer accounts onto the company's network, generating over AU$10 million in annual revenue from January, the filing said.

Swoop shares rose nearly 12% in midday trade Monday.
