Poly Property Group (HKG:0119) logged contracted sales of around 2 billion yuan in December, with a contracted area of 79,000 square meters sold, a Monday bourse filing said.

The property firm's average selling price for the month stood at approximately 25,938 yuan per square meter.

For the year 2024, contracted sales and area sold reached roughly 54.2 billion yuan and 2.1 million square meters, respectively.
