PVW Resources (ASX:PVW)
PVW Resources said George Bauk resigned as non-executive chairman of the company, following his acceptance of a new executive role.
Kula Gold (ASX:KGD)
Kula Gold will undertake a non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer to eligible shareholders on the basis of one share for every two shares held at a price of AU$0.005 apiece to raise roughly AU$1.6 million.
Solstice Minerals (ASX:SLS)
Solstice Minerals said recent reverse circulation drilling at the Bluetooth gold prospect in the Yarri project in Western Australia yielded "strong" gold intercepts along a 700-meter strike, including 36 meters at 1.6 grams per tonne of gold from 20 meters.
Provaris Energy (ASX:PV1)
Provaris Energy, Uniper Global Commodities, and Norwegian Hydrogen signed a conditional term sheet for the supply, transport, and offtake of renewable fuel of non-biological origin-compliant hydrogen. The term sheet will serve as the basis for negotiating a binding hydrogen sale and purchase agreement expected in June.
