DigitalX (ASX:DCC) said that its treasury holdings clocked in at AU$65 million as of Dec. 31, 2024, and its digital Bitcoin ETF units, held via its Bitcoin fund, represented over 45% of the holdings at a valuation of AU$29.5 million, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Additional funds from the company's December 2024 capital raising were earmarked for further investment, the filing said, adding that AU$5.3 million were staked in Ethereum and Solana validators as of Dec. 31, 2024.
The firm said late last year that it included Solana in its treasury strategy in December 2024, allowing it to pivot toward "staking as a primary method of generating yield on a targeted selection of digital assets" moving forward.
The company's shares rose almost 2% in recent trade on Friday.
