Shui On Land (HKG:0272) recorded contracted property sales of around 1.57 billion yuan in the fourth quarter of 2024, a Thursday bourse filing said.
This comprised residential and commercial property sales of 1.34 billion yuan and 232 million yuan, respectively.
The property developer's gross floor area (GFA) for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024, stood at 53,100 square meters, alongside 450 units of carpark.
The average selling price of the signed contracts in respect of property sales for Q4 stood at 29,600 yuan per square meter. Subscribed property sales reached 795 million yuan as of Dec. 31, 2024.
For the year 2024, contracted sales reached about 15.1 billion yuan, with a GFA of 142,200 square meters and an average selling price of 105,900 yuan per square meter.
