Neusoft Education Technology (HKG:9616) has changed its English name to Neutech Group Limited effective Dec. 4, 2024, a Thursday bourse filing said.
The move came after the education services company received shareholder and regulatory approvals for the name change.
The company's English stock short name will also be changed from NEUEDU to NEUTECH GROUP effective Jan. 14. Stock code, however, will remain unchanged.
The company has also changed its logo and website to "reflect the change of name of the company," the filing said.
The firm believes the change in name will better reflect its transformation and its upgraded development strategy.
