Procurri (SGX:BVQ) allotted and issued 3,083,200 shares on Wednesday to certain employees and directors of the group under the vesting of share awards granted via its performance share plan.

The shares are expected to be listed, quoted and traded in Singapore on or around Jan. 10, according to a late Wednesday bourse disclosure.

Following the issuance, the total number of issued and paid-up share capital of the computer integrated systems design company has increased to 328,364,673 shares.
