China International Marine Containers (HKG:2039, SHE:000039) or CIMC further purchased 20 million shares in subsidiary CIMC Enric Holdings (HKG:3899) for a total of HK$135.9 million, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Wednesday.

Each share was acquired at an average price of HK$6.80.

After the transaction, the logistics company's shares in CIMC Enric rose to 70% from 69%.

CIMC's Shenzhen shares slipped 1% in recent trade.
