Polaris Holdings (TYO:3010) signed an MOU with Star Asia Management to manage a new hotel in Central Tokyo's Ueno/Okachimachi area, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Scheduled to open in spring 2027, the property will operate under the KOKO HOTEL Residence brand, adding to Polaris' expanding portfolio, which is set to grow to 14,964 rooms by end-2024.
