TalkMed (SGX:5G3) appointed KPMG Corporate Finance as independent financial adviser for the proposed privatization of the company by way of a scheme of arrangement, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
In an earlier filing, TW Troy offered to acquire all the issued and paid-up shares in the company's capital by way of a scheme of arrangement.
TW Troy would pay or procure a payment of SG$0.456 in cash per scheme share held by shareholders.
Shares of the company gained over 1% in recent trade.
