Meilleure Health International Industry Group (HKG:2327) unit U-Home Oceania agreed to sell a property in Australia to Zhou Wen, chief executive officer of the company, for nearly AU$1.4 million, a Friday bourse filing said.

The property comprises a townhouse unit in a residential development project in Alphington, Australia, in which the company holds the entire equity interest. The project will be developed into 109 units of townhouses.

The healthcare service provider will use proceeds from the disposal to supplement its working capital.
