Parkson Retail Group (HKG:3368) unit Liupanshui Parkson Retail renewed an agreement to continue the tenancy of a China property leased from Guizhou Hanhua Real Estate Development for 10 years, a Thursday bourse filing said.

The current lease is expiring Dec. 31, 2026, and the new 10-year contract will take effect from Jan. 1, 2027, according to the store, mall, and supermarket operator.

The property comprises parts of Baolong International Building in Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province, China, and is being used by the company for the operation of department stores since 2012.
