Central China Management (HKG:9982) recorded contracted sales for projects under the group's management of 1.25 billion yuan in December, with a contracted gross floor sales area of 186,302 square meters, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong exchange.
The average monthly selling price was 6,686 yuan per square meter, the filing said.
For the whole year 2024, the group recorded contracted sales of 13.4 billion yuan, 54.6% lower than the previous year. The gross floor area was 2.2 square meters, 53.3% lower year-on-year, while the average selling price came in at 6,164 yuan, 2.6% lower year-on-year.
The company obtained four newly contracted projects in December with a total gross floor area of 292,300 square meters.
