Hopson Development (HKG:0754) recorded contracted sales of about 963 million yuan in December 2024, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Of this, the real estate firm's property and decoration contracted sales contributed about 900 million yuan and 63 million yuan, respectively.
For the year 2024, contracted sales and gross floor area reached 16.6 billion yuan and 532,918 square metres, respectively, with the average selling price coming in at roughly 29,844 yuan per square meter.
From January to December 2024, property and decoration contracted sales stood at around 15.9 billion yuan and 724 million yuan, respectively.
