Avenira (ASX:AEV) said a dry season ecology survey was completed over its Wonarah phosphate project in the Northern Territory, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The survey will support planning for larger-scale developments like the proposed beneficiation project, and future yellow phosphorus and thermal phosphoric acid projects, the filing said.
Additionally, the company started an aeromagnetic survey at its Jundee South project in Western Australia to gather detailed magnetic and radiometric data, with results expected in the first quarter of the year, per the filing.
Shares rose nearly 13% in midday trade Thursday.
