Wotso Property (ASX:WOT) reported revenue of AU$7.8 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2025, up 8% from AU$7.2 million year-on-year, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The flexible workspace provider's annualized second-quarter revenue is AU$31.2 million, up from nearly AU$29 million last year, the filing said.
December's seasonal impact on occupancy is expected to normalize in the third quarter as businesses resume regular operations, according to the filing.
