Prosper Construction (HKG:6816) appointed Zhou Hongbao as its chief operating officer effective from Friday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Zhou succeeded Ni Chuchen, who ceased to hold the said post but stayed with the company as an executive director.

The shares of the construction engineering company closed nearly 3% higher on Friday.
