Skyworth Group's (HKG:0751) subsidiary Skyworth Automobile Electronics (Shenzhen) agreed to sell automobile components to Nanjing Golden Dragon Bus and Jiangsu Skywell Automobile from Jan. 10 to Dec. 31, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Under the agreements, the seller will manufacture and sell 12.3-inch automobile instrument panels for the purchasers' automobile manufacturing and provide some after-sale services.

The transaction price is set at 1,122 yuan per unit, with an annual sales cap of 10 million yuan for Nanjing Golden Dragon Bus and 500,000 yuan for Jiangsu Skywell.
