Prudential (SGX:K6S) bought back 1,346,095 ordinary shares in London on Thursday at an average price of 6.17 pounds sterling apiece, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Following the cancellation of the repurchased shares, Pru will have 2,653,858,329 shares in issue.
