Samko Timber (SGX:E6R) completed the disposal of the Balaraja Factory for SG$8.9 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The facility comprises a one-story detached wood products factory building on a land area of 86,511 square meters and a dormitory, which will be sold separately.
