Flowco (FLOC) said Wednesday it priced an initial public offering of 17.8 million class A shares at $24 per share.

Underwriters were given a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 2.7 million shares, the company said.

The shares are expected to start trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday under the ticker FLOC, the company said.

The offering is expected to close Friday.

Flowco said it will use net proceeds to redeem equity interests from some non-affiliate holders and to repay debt.
