Resources Global Development (SGX:V7R) has adopted a scrip dividend scheme allowing shareholders to opt for fully paid new shares instead of cash dividends, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The scheme excludes foreign shareholders in jurisdictions with regulatory restrictions. Eligible shareholders can participate fully or withdraw via a formal notice.
