Shenzhen Chuangwei-RGB Electronics agreed to dispose of a 50.5% stake in unit, Shenzhen Skyworth Display Technology, for a total of 300 million yuan.
The Skyworth Group (HKG:0751) subsidiary entered into an agreement to transfer a 7.151% stake in the consumer electronic products manufacturer and retailer to Zhenzhen Zhili Technology Investment Enterprise for 71.5 million yuan, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shenzhen Chuangwei-RGB Electronics also signed a separate deal to sell 2.849% equity interest in Skyworth Display Technology to Shenzhen Zhihui Technology Investment Enterprise, 10.25% to Shenzhen Zhizhi Technology Investment Enterprise, and another 10.25% to Shenzhen Zhishi Technology Investment Enterprise for a total of 228.5 million yuan.
