- JP Morgan Chase's JPM.N long-serving CEO Jamie Dimon has set sights on a major territorial expansion to build a sprawling digital-focused consumer bank outside the U.S. in what he says is his final chapter as chief executive.

- Two brokerage units of Robinhood Markets HOOD.O agreed to pay $45 million to settle an investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission into a range of alleged violations, including one stemming from a 2021 data breach that exposed millions of customer names and emails.

- Oracle ORCL.N Chief Corporate Architect Edward Screven plans to retire after 38 years of service in February. He will continue to serve as Oracle's representative on the board of directors at the semiconductor company Ampere Computing Holdings.

- Israel and Hamas are on the brink of a cease-fire deal, U.S. President Joe Biden said Monday, moving closer to bridging a fundamental divide.

- U.S. media and internet holding company IAC IAC.O said that it is reorganizing the company through a plan that includes the exit of Chief Executive Joey Levin and a spinoff its entire stake in home-services company Angi ANGI.O.
