Yongmao Holdings (SGX:BKX) raised SG$4.4 million through its three-month digital securities issuance on the SDAX platform, which closed on Jan. 9, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Company directors subscribed to SG$670,000, or 15.19% of the issuance. The tokens will be issued on Jan. 14.
