EROAD (ASX:ERD, NZE:ERD) appointed Rebecca Lineham as its interim Chief Financial Officer, effective Jan. 20, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourse.

Lineham's appointment follows the resignation of current CFO Margaret Warrington, the filing said.

Warrington will remain with the business until Feb. 21 to help with the transition and handover, the filing added.

The company said that the recruitment process for a permanent CFO is in progress.
