Indian media house HT Media (NSE:HTMEDIA, BOM:532662) has appointed Sameer Singh as group chief executive officer and key managerial personnel, with effect from March 1, according to a Saturday filing to the stock exchanges.

Singh will take over from Praveen Someshwar, who has resigned from the position of managing director and CEO with effect from Feb. 28.
