Forrestania Resources (ASX:FRS) confirmed gold mineralization from recent drilling at the Ada Ann prospect within the Bonnie Vale project in Western Australia, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Notable results include 8 meters at 1.5 grams per tonne of gold, the filing said.

The mineral explorer is planning its phase-two drilling campaign to test historic gold mineralization roughly 45 meters to the south, as well as to the north and at depth, per the filing.

Forrestania Resources' shares tumbled past 14% in afternoon trade.
